An AI segment your audience will talk about after.

We make AI simple to understand. Not scary, not stressful, no hype. We teach the basics in plain language, we are honest about what has actually helped us and what has not, then we run a custom interactive experience the whole room joins from their phones.

The segment

We explain it. Then the room gets to touch it.

Four beats, tuned to your crowd and your clock. No canned demo, no slideware marathon, no fear.

  • AI basics, minus the hype

What these models actually do, what they get wrong, and what we have honestly found useful or not. In language every seat in the room follows.

  • A custom interactive experience

A web app or game made for your event. The room does not just watch it, they use it.

  • The crowd joins in

A QR code on screen. Your audience opens the experience on their own phones and plays along.

  • A first look at agents

What an AI agent is and what it means for a business, shown running, not described on a slide.

Proven on stage

A working app in 30 minutes. Live. Twice.

At Boston Tech Week we sat down in front of two different rooms with a blank page and a 30-minute timer. Each audience voted on what to build. We designed it, coded it, generated the imagery, and deployed it for real before the clock ran out.

Most people assume live building is about typing fast. It is the opposite. The speed comes from knowing what to hand the AI, where to give it room, and where to keep control. That judgment is the talk. Read the full Tech Week recap.

On stage

The people your audience meets.

Alec leads the room. He started teaching AI and makes it simple for anyone. For many events Mark joins to go deeper on the engineering side, and Darien, our strategic partner, brings the hardware-agent angle and can help you implement it.

Alec Harrison

Lead Product Designer & Co-Founder

Alec is a designer with real business sense who builds. He ships full web apps end to end, frontend and backend, including the app our agency runs on, and he stays close to the legal and security side of AI. He teaches teams what AI is, what it isn't, and how to use it safely in their business.

Darien Fleming

Strategic Partner · Agents & Hardware

Darien is our strategic partner for agents and hardware, a hands-on builder (he built the racing sim rig a NH governor and a NASCAR legend raced on for charity) who is constantly testing local AI agents on real machines. Companies get the honest pros and cons of a field that changes by the week.

The agents segment

Software agents and hardware. The best of both worlds.

An AI agent is software that does a task for you, not just answers a question. Alec and Mark build the software side: agents like Claude Code and the cloud agents we run for clients. Darien, our strategic partner, builds the hardware side, with AI models running locally on real machines he builds and tests himself.

So your audience hears both halves, honestly. What works in the cloud, what works on your own hardware, and where each one falls short, from people who actually run them every week.

Formats

Shaped to your event, not the other way around.

Tell us the audience, the room, and the time slot, and we shape the segment to fit. We can run it remotely, though it lands harder in person, so we focus on NH and MA.

  • Keynote segment

The talk plus a custom interactive moment, featured on your main stage.

  • Workshop block

A longer, hands-on session where the audience builds alongside us.

  • Conference demo slot

A tight interactive demo that fits a demo stage or breakout room.

The goal is simple. Your audience walks out less stressed about AI, more curious, and with a different mindset.

Book us

Bring this to your event.

We take a limited number of paid engagements and sponsored partnerships. Tell us about your audience and your slot, and we will shape an AI segment for it.

Have one? Pick it. If not, leave it blank.
