O2X app is for physical and mental training. Each program is customized to meet user needs and executed by their team of over 150 world-class athletes, special operations veterans, and renowned academics.
Problem
The O2X team approached us looking to improve the UX/UI design of their existing mobile application. The needed help taking the overall user experience to the next level.
Personalized physical & mental training
When signing up for a subscription, users download the mobile app and interact with a chatbot that guides them through their patient journey. They can manage appointments, interact with specialists via video chat, access personalized resources such as blog articles, and receive medical handouts.
See your activity
Users share information about their needs and goals using an interactive bot. They then schedule an appointment to talk to a real specialist to help start their personalized care using an in-app video call.
Chat directly with your coach
Users can chat directly with their coach through the messaging interface so they can get answers to questions or get personalized advice for their situation.
Custom Recommendations
Users have access to personalized resources such as customized meals and workouts built just for them.
User feedback was key to driving success
We conducted moderated remote user tests to understand the app's performance, doctor booking success, and user flow, gaining valuable insights into the overall user experience and expectations.
Design system to help create consistency
We created and maintained a design system for the Bastion team to keep all components consistent. We helped them implement a product design process that improved their ability to to define, design and iterate easily.
